Here is a quick and easy, and actually very tasty morning shake.
Ingridients:
- 1/2 cup Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of filtered water
- Greens of your choice (I usually use either spinach or baby greens)
- 1.5 scoops of Chocolate Nutri-Burn
- 1 scoop of Focus Attention
- 1 scoop of RG-Max
- 1 scoop of Ultimate Greezone
- 1/2 cup of blue or black berries
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- And if I feel like sweetening it up even more, I put a touch of stevia or agave syrup (from Young Living)or I might even put in a banana.
Take all of these ingredients, place them in a blender and blend until smooth. This shake keeps my energy stable and my hunger quenched all the way to lunch.
