It is amazing how effective aromatherapy can be, especially when it is done with therapeutic grade essential oils, like those provided by Young Living Essential Oils.

Lavender
- I use Lavender to soothe my body and mind.
- It has also been great to rub on bottom of feet for improved sleep.
Peppermint
- To energize and rejuvenate.
- Helps me feel alert & awake.
- Has been an excellent aid for my digestion. Might even make a good replacement for caffeine, though I don’t generally drink caffeine drinks.
- Very helpful for relieving tension & for soothing sore muscles. One way it can be used is as a bath salt (Here is how you can make it 10 drops of essential oils 1 cup of seasalt. Use two table spoons in a bath & enjoy.)
- Peppermint has been great with water to cool me down.
Lemon
- This oil has been great to create a fresh, clean, and invigorating feel. Easy to use in a spray with distilled water with lemon oil for a clean smell.
- Lemon is great for cleaning almost anything.
- I’ve even used it for lemonade.
Frankinsense
- I’ve never used it for this, but it is supposed to help clears & rejuvenates skin.
- I know it has some great anti-aging properties.
- It’s been an excellent oil to help me enhance my meditation.
Thieves
- Excellent for supporting immune system. (Studies shown to have a 99.6% success at eliminating airborne bacteria. )
- It has also been a great for cleaning & eliminating unwanted aromas.
- I’ve even used it to help me eliminate mold. (Combined with Lemon & Purification)
Purification
- This has been a great oil to help neutralize even the toughest odors. Even eliminates pet odors.
- This has also been very useful for relieving itchy skin when mixed in with lotion or a vegetable based oil.
PanAway
- I use this pretty much every week as an excellent blend to ease discomfort areas.
- I know it to be of great to support for re-generation of tissue.
- Has also worked great on bruises and achy joints.
Peace & Calming
- Lovely oil for creating a peaceful feeling. Great for calming down during a stressful day.
- It can be very helpful for peaceful sleeping.
- Helps me quiet the mind & focus attention.
Valor
- I hadn’t discovered this oil until recently. But it has proven to be an excellent oil to get my day going.
- It can even help strengthen my feelings of confidence.
