PPC Keywords and Google's Page Ranking – How does one help the other?

mind body success 150x15011 PPC Keywords and Google's Page Ranking How does one help the other?Getting a high Google ranking has many parts, but one of the most critical is relevant content and keywords.  The main goal Google desires to accomplish is to bring the most relevant content to the user.  Therefore, the more relevant you make your content and your keywords, the more likely you are to have an internet presence.  Then there is the PPC (or Pay Per Click) side of things.  This is made up of those ads that you often see at the top and right side of the page when you do a search on the internet.  These are ads people pay to be shown when certain keywords are searched.  This side can be a very costly investment if not used properly, but on the flip side it can give some very useful information. For example, if you know which keywords a PPC Campaign has been using, approximately how much they’ve been paying for those keywords,  and for how long they’ve been running a campaign, this can be very useful.  First of all, if a PPC campaign has been running for quite some time, and the advertiser keeps running that advertisement for an extended period of time, this could mean that it there is a good reason why the ad is running for that long.  It could mean that there is actual money being made.  So, how could you use this information?  One way, is to use the keywords that you know are working and use them in your webpages and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts.  You could also check into that particular product that is being sold by that advertiser, and if it makes sense create an alliance with that vendor. There are many other ways to use this information to your benefit, however, I wanted to give you a simple example that you could implement right away and see how you can make it support your business.  In case you are wondering which tools I’ve used to help me identify good keywords, here are a couple.

Of course there are many other tools, and very powerful too, like WordTracker, but these have recurring fees, and may be more power than needed at this time.I trust this short write up will support your online presence and bring you much success.
