My brother Efrain was diagnosed with Cancer a while back, and in his healing journey he has shared some great insights he’s had. Recently he shared some of what he believes has helped him in his journey with healing cancer, and he allowed me to share some of what he’s learned from himself. Now, keep in mind that this is simply a sharing of a story, not to be confused with a treatment. Please be responsible and consult your own medical professional before taking on any healing programs.
So here is what he shared with me in his words:
In my journey of healing my body from cancer, I’ve had the opportunity to be able to learn so much more about the immune system and how important that is in having a healthy body. If there is one major thing that I would focus on my entire natural healing journey would be and having a healthy immune system. And I discovered so much about the immune system and things that could help it that I just figured I would just share this information.

That being said here are few things that have been very useful to me. And I hope that they are useful for somebody else in the future.
- Vitamin A - Vitamin A has supported my immune system tremendously and more and more I read about it, it has done wonders for many people so that is one of the key things.
- Vitamin C – We all know about Vitamin C, but I didn’t realize how vital it truly was until actually have that be part of my immune system support.
- Omega 3’s – Omega 3’s particularly Flax seed oil. Flax seed oil if it’s uncooked it actually has been something that has provided my body with one of the essential oils that the body needs and it helps reduce inflammation and just tons of things that it does well, but that would be one other things that I have in my arsenal.
- And from there, some of the other general things like healthy emotions, keeping your body positive, laughing, having a positive outlook in life regardless of what the situation is, creates a tremendous support for your immune system particularly in the area of your body’s acidity or alkaline level, which is known as PH levels. That would be another area.I know that the ideal PH level for me and I always thrive for is 7.4 in my urine and in saliva especially and particularly in the mornings. And one thing that has helped greatly for me to maintain that balance has been something as simple as having a glass of lemon water prior to going to bed. Not right away possibly maybe an hour or so before it so I can use the rest room and rest.Well, but a simple glass of lemon water has helped maintained the alkalines in my body. If you research more on the acid and alkaline levels you will find that some minerals get absorbed some don’t, and some vitamins get absorbed and some don’t depending on the alkaline or acid levels in your body.
I could keep going, but I wanted to keep this a little bit general, simple tips, secrets as you would, to share with you and hopefully be of use to somebody.
