You’ve probably heard of the show “The Biggest Loser”, well how about becoming your own biggest loser. (In case you haven’t heard of the show it is about becoming the biggest weight loser, so don’t get offended). Let’s see if the holidays affected you similarly to how they affected me.
So the holidays have come and gone. In their path, they may have left you one belt size or dress size bigger. Then new the new year hits and resolutions show up once again. Is one of your resolutions to let go of those unwanted pounds? Sounds like a great idea, but it may not be the first time this sounded like a good idea that died out just a few weeks into having it set. So, what’s going to be different this time around? Below I share a few tips and resources to support you in making this years resolutions different, and beginning your year with a great win (or loss, however you choose to look at it). I trust that if you take the time to use these resources, you’ll have a much better outcome than what you’ve had in the past.
