My recommendation for web develpment software, such as dreamweaver, or flash, etc., Macromedia wins hands down . The industry standard for web page development is simply Macromedia, now joined with Adobe.  There are other competitors, but this one is simple to use and very powerful, and paired up with the industry leader in web software. Though, not necessarily cheap, it is very much worth it.  

For anyone looking for the simplest yet very powerful email marketing system, this is great. I particularly love the easy of use and the power that it has for such a simple system. It is geared specifically for email marketing and that's their specialty. My recommendation for another powerful and simple to use Autoresponder. If your need is just an autoresponder, this is my favorite after Simple I Contact. Our recommendation for powerful and simple to use internet audio. We struggled for quite a while in having an effective audio marketing tool. However, once we started using this online service, we discovered we no longer had any problems with load times, with software compatability issues, and with cross platform issues. Again, they offer the use of their services for 21-days without charging you anything. Then you can decide if you want to keep it. Our recommendation for powerful and simple to use internet video. If you're ready to move into using video on your web pages, emails, and want to do this with ease, I would strongly recommend this service. Having been experimenting for years with trying to get video on my site, I've discovered that there are many intricacies and many things to consider while trying to put video on your own. Star Reminder Software

My recommendation for software that helps me remember to do the things that I said I would do is this Star Reminder. This is a great little tool to help remind of things I want to get done. StarReminder reminds me about tasks and important events. I can place reminders/alarms for a specific date and time or schedule them for regular repeats. You can use it to keep birthdays, anniversaries, meetings and appointments or other important occasions and events that you want someone to remind you about. If you are a student, you can get up to 70% discounts on software.  The company is very strict about their student policy.  Therefore, you will need to provide them with student verification.  If you are a student it may be well worth your time, because you'll receive some great discounts.
